Terms of use
These terms apply when you use PartMap, which is operated by Gripd SaaS Technologies Ltd (RC 9853060), Lagos, Nigeria (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.

The service
PartMap is an information directory. It helps you find automotive businesses and contact them yourself. We are not a party to any deal between you and a business. We don't sell goods, take payments, or arrange delivery, and we aren't responsible for a business's prices, parts, workmanship or conduct.
Accuracy
Listings come from the sources shown on each page and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. A listing is not a statement that a business has any item in stock, is licensed, or sells genuine parts. Labels such as “Phone-confirmed” describe only the specific check described on our About page. Check details directly with the business before relying on them.
Your use
- Use the directory for lawful purposes only.
- Don't submit false, abusive or malicious reports, or other people's private information.
- Only submit a listing for a business you own or are authorised to represent, and keep its details accurate.
- Don't bulk-copy, scrape or republish the directory, or use contact details for unsolicited marketing.
- Don't try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
We may edit, hide or remove listings, submissions and reports, and block access to anyone who breaks these terms.
Ownership
We own the PartMap software, design and branding. Some listings include data from third parties under their own licences, credited on each listing, and those licence terms apply to that data. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees that it will be accurate, complete or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your dealings with any business you find through PartMap. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. If you keep using PartMap after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
